Assignment Extension Request Form
Enrolment Form - to be completed for the first enrolment in any academic year. If students have enrolled in Semester 1 and not for Semester 2, they need to enrol in semester 2 units using the Change of Enrolment form. Students who do not intend to enrol in semester 1 and/or semester 2, must apply for Leave of Absence through the Associate Dean of their member school.
Change of Enrolment - to add or withdraw from units in the current academic year.
Application for Exemption Academic Writing and Research Skills - commencing students who wish to apply for exemption for all or part of the Academic Writing and Research Skills unit must complete this form prior to semester commencing. Students who do not apply for exemption are expected to attend. There is no tuition fee for this unit.
Application to Study Cross Institutionally - for students enrolled in a BCT course and who wish to study a unit offered at another accredited Higher Education Provider (HEP), the Host instutution. The unit from the other HEP must be approved for inclusion in their BCT (Home Institution) course.
Application for Cross Institutional Enrolment - for students from another accredited Higher Education Provider (HEP), their Home Institution, wishing to study a unit at the BCT for inclusion in an accredited award at their Home Institution. Students must provide documentation certifying that the BCT units studied will be acceptable to their home institution.
Application for Directed Study Unit (DSU) - students must follow the Guidelines attached to the form, and consult their Academic Dean prior to completing the form.
Application for Specialised Study Unit (SSU) - students must follow the Guidelines attached to the form, and consult their Academic Dean prior to completing the form.
Application for Transfer Credit - From a BCT Award - all applications MUST be accompanied by certified documents.
Application for Transfer Credit - From a NON-BCT Award - all applications MUST be accompanied by certified documents.
Application for Leave of Absence.
Withdrawal from Course (NOT withdrawal from unit of study)
