ENROLMENT

CONTINUING STUDENTS

All continuing students must complete an annual enrolment form. Forms and other important information were mailed to all continuing students on 12 October 2007.

Students who did not enrol in semester 2, 2008 OR students who wish to amend their enrolment must do so by Friday 2 June 2008.

If a student does not intend enrolling in semester 2 2008, they MUST apply to the Associate Dean in the their member school for a leave of absence. If students do not enrol, or apply for Leave of Absebce they will be administratively withdrawn.

It is important that this application date be met by all students. Information derived from the applications will determine whether certain elective units will be offered or withdrawn in 2008.

Students who need assistance in selecting units for 2008 should make an appointment with the Associate Dean of their member school for advice on their plan of study. This must be arranged in time to meet the enrolment deadline.

COMMENCING STUDENTS

Brisbane College of Theology is an ecumenical institution and it is not necessary to be a member of one of the three sponsoring Churches. Your choice of member school may be governed by your personal beliefs or denomination. Choice of the member school through which students enrol for their course is made by the student, except for those students who are also completing ordinand requirements through one of the sponsoring Churches. Although enrolling through a particular member school, your classes will often include students from all member schools, and may be held at any of the three venues.

Click here to contact the member schools.

All commencing students must complete an initial enrolment form. Forms and other important information are available on the website or through one of the member schools.
