Where a student withdraws from a unit or wishes to change the original enrolment form lodged, a Change of Enrolment form must be completed and lodged before the amendment can take effect.
Withdrawal from a unit within the first three weeks of the semester will be treated as a change of enrolment and not recorded on a student's academic record.
Withdrawal after the Census Date will result in the recording of "WD" against that unit on the student's academic transcript but has no effect on the student's grade point average.
Students withdrawing from a unit after the Census Date will not be entitled to a refund of their tuition fees.
