Practicums are designed to provide the essential field experience required in preparation for ministry in a particular setting.

AWARD	NUMBER OF PRACTICUMS TO BE COMPLETED
Bachelor of Theology	Maximum of six
Graduate Certificate in Ministry	Two Practicums must be completed
Graduate Diploma in Ministry	Four practicums must be completed (including the two practicums completed as part of the Graduate Certificate in Ministry)
Master of Ministry	When student enters the Master of Ministry with the Bachelor of Theology: Two Practicums required, with the option of an additional practicum
	When student enters the Master of Ministry from the Graduate Diploma in Ministry: No more Practicums are to be completed
Graduate Certificate in Theology	No practicums are permitted in this award
Graduate Diploma in Theology	No practicums are permitted in this award
Master of Theology	No practicums are permitted in this award

The only grades awarded for practicums are SS (Satisfactory) or NN (Fail).
